Pretty sure I’m getting my hair done like this next month. Then blue/green for PAX East (if I can still go).

This won’t be the first time I’ve had short hair, but after having long hair (for me) after 15 years of short hair, I’m feeling self conscious about having short hair with a face like mine. Part of me just wants to keep growing my hair out so I can cover my horrendous face completely with it.

Oh, dude, if only I could grow a wicked feral animal hoarder beard…

My hair hasn’t been short in a long time now, but my sides are still shaved/short, or at least one of them is… My hairs a mess, I’m growing out one of the shaved sides. Anyway, I said that to say that adore having the sides shaved/short. It’s different, but I don’t think it took much getting used to, now it’s just a pain to grow a side out… but I think that’s because the rest of my hair is so long. And I refuse to cut my hair for a while longer still.

Also, yes, please to be having cool hair before I see you in April

Oh, and this other time, I did my first ever smut Dragon Age: Origins fanart as an exchange in the same Zevran LJ community (it’s an illustration for this story). I’m pretty terrible at backgrounds and settings, but this was not only the first time I’d drawn smut it’s also the first time I’ve drawn three figures interacting in the same picture plane with each other. I did okay, I think. It could have been a LOT worse considering I pretty muchly suck at art.
